The Warehouse B2B Specialist acts as the central coordinator for all business-to-business (B2B) activities. Working on the warehouse floor, this person manages the full lifecycle of B2B orders, from overseeing timed deliveries and managing haulage to ensuring compliance.

This is a hands-on role where the specialist becomes the go-to person for B2B operations, developing deep product knowledge to ensure every order is accurate. The specialist will work as a direct line of communication for B2B partners, proactively resolving issues and driving operational consistency. Working in a fast-paced environment with a passion for excellent service, continuous improvement, and a strong understanding of complex B2B operations.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the full lifecycle of B2B orders, from receipt to delivery, including booking timed slots, coordinating haulage, and supervising fulfillment staff. Ensure all inventory and outbound shipments are accurate and fully compliant with partner requirements. Be the primary contact for B2B clients and internal teams, providing timely updates and proactively resolving issues. Identify and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery, and report on performance to inform future improvements.

Product Fluency:Develop an in-depth knowledge of the entire product range to provide expert service and support to clients.

Continuous Improvement:Champion continuous improvement, consistently seeking ways to streamline processes and simplify workflows to enhance efficiency.

Commercial Awareness:Demonstrate strong commercial awareness by balancing excellent service with operational profitability.

Experience, Abilities & Qualifications



Essential:

Proven experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse environments especially B2B or wholesale fulfilment Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Strong communication skills (written and verbal), especially in remote-first settings Familiarity with fulfilment systems (e.g. WMS) and collaborative tools like Slack and Google Sheets Confident working autonomously and taking full ownership of operational processes
Preferred:

Experience with time-sensitive deliveries and outbound compliance Experience in scale-up or 3PL environments Comfort with data reporting and using metrics to drive decisions
