We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Cleaning Operative to join our successful Facilities Team. You will be based at our clients site in Lisburn.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 9am-3pm 30 hrs per week
Role and Responsibilities
Cleaning duties to include:
General Cleaning:
Perform daily cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal across warehouse floors and common areas.Equipment Operation:
Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment, including potentially large-scale machines like ride-on scrubbers and sweepers.Staff Area Maintenance:
Keep staff facilities, such as restrooms, locker rooms, and canteens, clean and hygienic.Waste Management:
Empty bins, dispose of general rubbish, and manage recycling according to company policy.Safety Compliance:
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone and report any maintenance issues.Deep Cleaning:
Assist with more intensive cleaning tasks as needed.Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Previous cleaning / janitorial experience.
- Be able to read and follow instructions.
- Reliable, honest and trustworthy.
- Fit and healthy, with good mobility.
- Able to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Valid clean driving licence
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Work Location: In person
