We're now looking for a Cleaning Team Warehouse Operative to play a key role at the centre of our fulfilment operation.
??A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across both internal and external warehouse environments, while also undertaking technical cleaning tasks and equipment handling that support the broader operational goals of the yard and warehouse teams.
Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks in warehouse and yard areas, including racking, mezzanines, loading bays, high level cleaning and wide aisle cleaning.
Operate machinery such as scissor lifts for high-level cleaning, ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times.
Transport waste, recycling, and other materials across site using a counterbalance forklift (following completion of training and certification).
Use industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, vacuum systems.
?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO HAVE

• A flexible, friendly approach with a can-do attitude
• Excellent organisational skills along with speed and accuracy
• Previous cleaning experience essential
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Previous experience of using a Counterbalance FLT would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given on MHE
