Mon-Fri, 11am-6pm + Sat 9am-12pm

Pay:

11.44/hr during 3-month training, rising to 12.50/hr (c. 24k/year) on completion

Now we're looking for someone who shares these values to join our warehouse and help us grow -- as part of a supportive team committed to ethical and purposeful work.

What you'll do (as practice and service):

Receive, pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with mindfulness and care. Keep stock records accurate (barcode/location updates in system). Take clear, appealing product photos for our online shop and social media. Help manage our Instagram and TikTok accounts (posting 2-3 times/week). Create simple, engaging content using phone photography or Canva. Keep the warehouse organised, tidy, and eco-friendly. Work as part of a team that values cooperation, kindness, and shared purpose.

Training & Progression:

First 3 months are a

training / probation period

(paid at 11.44/hr). You'll be trained in both warehouse systems and social media processes. On successful completion, the rate increases to

12.50/hr (~24k/year)

What we're looking for:

Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive. Comfortable using computer systems (training provided). Basic photography and social media skills. A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for ethical, eco-friendly living. An interest in mindfulness, community, or Buddhist-inspired values is a big plus. Someone who sees work as more than just a job -- as a way to contribute, practise, and grow.
