The Role

We're looking for a

Warehouse Operative

with experience in

Picking

,

Packing

and

Goods In

, to join our busy and friendly warehouse team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

You'll report to the Warehouse Manager and receive full training on our products and systems, including SAP B1 and handheld scanners.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately

pick and pack

goods according to customer orders and paperwork using scanners and SAP B1

Receive and inspect incoming goods

, checking for damage and verifying quantities against delivery notes

Rework stock

to meet customer specifications when required

Rotate and store stock

following FIFO procedures and warehouse layout Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Report damaged or missing goods via our internal reporting app Assist with

inventory control

and participate in annual stock counts Follow all

health and safety

procedures and contribute to a safe working culture Handle goods with care and attention to detail Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in

Picking

,

Packing

,

Goods In

, or general warehouse operations Physically fit and able to lift heavy items safely Comfortable working at pace and under pressure Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer literacy and experience with scanners or warehouse systems Reliable, honest, and a great team player Self-motivated with good time management Passionate about delivering a great customer experience
