We're looking for a
Warehouse Supervisor
to join our team at our Scunthorpe distribution centre. As a key part of our warehouse leadership team, you'll take ownership of our Goods Out operations together with another supervisor, rotating weekly between two shift patterns to ensure full coverage across the department. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily dispatch of goods via DHL, Spavins, DX, DPD, Evri, and Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime.
Create and process pick lists and courier labels with precision and speed.
Process orders to ensure accuracy and on time dispatch targets are met.
Check outbound pallets including transfers for correct labelling, secure stacking, and courier compliance.
Assign replenishment tasks and confirm all outbound transfers are accurate and complete.
Conduct floor walks to ensure productivity while maintaining housekeeping standards.
Lead and manage a team of Warehouse Operatives, promoting a culture of care, respect and accountability.
Allocate pickers, packers, and FLT drivers to tasks based on daily requirements.
Independently manage full operations on cover days, including Sundays and Fridays.
Provide holiday cover and operational support for the Goods In&Out Manager where required.
Skills We Love:
Proven experience in warehouse operations, especially Goods Out and dispatch.
Confident and clear communicator who can lead a team and delegate effectively.
Organised, proactive, and performance-focused.
Experience with Asana or Orderwise is a bonus - training will be provided.
A great motivator with a positive, can-do approach and the ability to resolve challenges on the go.

Working Hours:
Full time - 2 weekly rotational shift pattern. Week 1 - 8.30am-5.00pm, Monday-Friday. Week 2 - 8.30am-5.00pm, Sunday-Thursday (37.5hrs per week).
You will be based at our Scunthorpe Distribution Centre.
