About You

We are seeking a highly proactive Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our Warehouse team. This role is central to ensuring smooth warehouse management, accurate stock control, and efficient dispatch of customer orders, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and workplace safety.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate goods in/out processing and on time order fulfilment. Receive, check, and allocate deliveries in line with BRC, HACCP, and GMP procedures. Maintain accurate stock rotation and ensure all materials are stored and managed to company standards. Prepare and supply raw materials and packaging to production on time to support continuous operations. Ensure all customer orders are picked, packed, labelled, and dispatched on time and to correct specification. Maintain all warehouse and yard areas to a high standard of tidiness, ensuring full compliance with BRC requirements. Ensure safe working practices and compliance with health, safety, and food safety policies across warehouse, yard, and cold storage areas. Monitor and record temperature checks for chilled/frozen storage. Operate Reach Truck and perform manual handling as required. Liaise with production and transport teams to coordinate deliveries. Maintain accurate distribution and compliance records, including dispatch documentation. Provide cover for senior warehouse and logistics roles when required, ensuring continuity of operations.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in warehouse and logistics coordination, ideally in a food production environment. Strong knowledge of BRC, HACCP, GMP, and H&S requirements. Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office. Forklift Licence would be advantageous (or willingness to train). Flexible, organised, with a hands on approach to get the job done. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

How We Work Together

Rate of Pay: Up to 13.30 per hour. (depending on experience and skills)

Working Arrangements: This is a full-time on-site role based in Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham. Standard hours are Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 13.30 per hour
