The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the warehouse & logistics operations, ensuring that all activities within the cell are performed efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities

• Team Coordination:

• Lead and guide the team within warehouse & logistics to meet daily operational targets.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Operational Efficiency:

• Implement best practices to optimise workflow within the department
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Inventory Control:

• Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with inventory management to address stock-related issues.
• Safety & Compliance:

• Promote and enforce safety standards within the cell.
• Conduct safety checks and report any hazards or violations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance:

• Maintain high standards of quality for all processes within the cell.
• Address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with quality teams to ensure product integrity.
• Reporting & Communication:

• Prepare daily reports on cell performance and activities.
• Communicate effectively with the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor and other departments.
• Participate in meetings to discuss operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.
• Skills:

• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of Courier / Freight Portals for booking Domestic & Overseas Shipments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customs Import & Export Knowledge

Working Conditions

• Ability to work in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Must be able to lift and move items as required.
