Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented

Warehouse Management Specialist

to support our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and a seamless flow of goods in and out of the facility. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inbound and outbound logistics, maintaining accurate inventory records, and handling supplier and client invoices. You will work closely with a small but dynamic team in Liverpool (L9), collaborating with logistics partners and manufacturers in China.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods. Coordinate order processing, picking, and shipping to ensure timely deliveries. Liaise with local logistics providers and manufacturers in China to meet deadlines and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution. Optimism warehouse layout and storage to improve efficiency. Utilise the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory, logistics, and financial records. Prepare regular management reports to support process optimisation and financial analysis. Maintain daily communication with manufacturers in China, wholesalers in Europe, local logistics providers, and UK clients/customers as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Language Skills:

Fluency in both English and Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills, is required to effectively operate our Warehouse Management System and liaise with international partners.

Experience:

Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics, with a strong understanding of inventory control and best practices.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in WMS, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Soft Skills:

Strong organisational abilities, keen attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
