Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, day shift - hours as required by business needs

We're now looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards of service delivery while driving continuous improvement and team development.
?WHAT YOU'LL DO
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Manage inventory accuracy and stock control processes
Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve operational targets and KPIs
Implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations
Drive cost efficiency while maintaining high service levels

Proven experience in warehouse management
Strong understanding of warehouse systems and processes
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
