The Warehouse Manager is accountable for the safe and efficient operational control of the warehouse.



A crucial figure in the running of the depot, interacting with all departments and directly managing the warehouse staff daily.



Planning, coordinating, receiving and replenishment of good inwards into their respective storage areas adhering to STS guidelines, critical control points and the safe operation of mechanical handling equipment.



You will be required to lead, motivate and organize a large team, with responsibility for their training and development.



Identifying deficiencies on the shift that negatively impact operational, health & safety and food safety standards.



Supporting and leading your team to ensure operations run smoothly and targets are hit whilst leading by example.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Driving license required - Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience - Physically fit and happy to be on the move throughout your shift. - Comfortable working in chilled and frozen environments (appropriate PPE is provided). - Attention to detail -- you know the small things make a big difference to our customers. - Computer literate (word, excel knowledge) - Knowledge of food auditing, STS accreditations - Health and safety knowledge within warehouse and distribution

Qualifications Needed:

- Food Safety certificate - Food Hygiene certificate - Forklift license - Reach truck license (desirable)
