The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of warehouse standards, operations and team performance.
This role carries full accountability for running an efficient, clean, tidy and well-organised warehouse environment across our main HQ warehouse and nearby storage facility. You will ensure stock is accurate, visible and always ready to support smooth pick, pack and dispatch operations.

You will lead, manage and develop the warehouse team, creating a culture of accountability, ownership and teamwork. We are looking for a friendly but firm leader, to be approachable and supportive, while confident holding people accountable, managing performance and owning outcomes.
You will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, on time and to agreed standards. You will work closely with operations and wider teams to balance priorities, spot issues early and resolve problems effectively.
Alongside the Lead Engineer Supervisor, you will oversee our hybrid warehouse and engineer operations, ensuring seamless coordination between stock management, equipment readiness and field service execution.
Success in this role requires a hands-on problem-solver with a practical, "can-do" mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. You will actively challenge how things are done, improve systems and processes and drive higher standards of operational performance.
