Job Description
- Leading UK Ecommerce Business- Full Warehouse storage & Production feed Responsibility accross 2 sites
The role of the Warehouse Manager will:
- Be responsible for the Distribution facility totalling 50,000+ sq. ft accross 2 sites
- Be responsible for the sites headcount, 10 direct reports
- Manage inbound, pick for line feed and dispatch operation through a Team of 10.
- Be responsible for the Health & Safety processes and standards on site.
- Act as an interface with key Customers and OTIF, along with managing the Parcel courier relationships and performance on deliveries.
- Be required to manage to Warehousing labour budget spend.
- Act as the lead figure for inventory management within the business operations
- Be responsible for the Warehouse performance management and people development programmes.
- Drive Colleague Engagement and support the business
The Warehouse Manager will have the following skills and experiences:
- A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background.
- A minimum of 2+ years Warehousing & Logistics management experience.
- Have managed in excess of 10 heads indirectly previously.
- Experience in Wholesale/ 3PL / Food / FMCG/ Manufacturing environments will be considered advantageous.
- IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications - Advantageous.
- Have experience of LEAN methodologies.
- Experience on managing budgets
- Have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Be results driven.
- Be commutable to Taunton

Salary - \xc2\xa340,000 - \xc2\xa345,000
