The Opportunity



This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing scale-up at a dynamic stage of expansion. As our business grows, entering new markets and increasing in complexity, we are looking for a proactive Warehouse Manufacturing Co-Ordinator to take ownership of how we run our warehouse and manufacturing processes.

You will oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse, including stock control, coordinating shipments, optimising storage, overseeing/providing hands-on support with the manufacturing team, whilst ensuring quality control standards are met whilst complying with our safety and compliance standards. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will work closely with our international logistics coordinator and manufacturing technicians, along with other teams.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fast-growing environment. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential for managing staff, delegating tasks, and resolving issues efficiently. Problem-solving skills are key to addressing logistical challenges and improving operational workflows.

Key responsibilities



Implement and improve quality management Manage day-to-day warehouse operations Coordinate and dispatch of products (pallets or smaller packages, as required) Coordinate logistics, including inbound and outbound shipments Oversee the manufacturing team (for quality control purposes) Provide support with day-to-day manufacturing processes when required Control and reconcile stock levels, whilst managing stock locations and maintaining effective warehouse layout and space utilisation. Conducting risk assessments Safety compliance Oversee the operation and maintenance of handling equipment. Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance. Implement and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent compliance. Identify opportunities to improve safety, accuracy, and efficiency within warehouse processes. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives. Develop our manufacturing process for future scale

What we are looking for



A hands-on team player who's happy to jump in where needed, as we are a small team Knowledgeable about quality control, risk management protocols and health & safety standards Prior knowledge of stock management and warehousing management systems Adaptable, resourceful, and capable of making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills Experienced in warehouse operations, logistics, or stock management

Knowledge and Skills



Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment. Understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic IT literacy (Excel, Word, email). Valid forklift licence and experience with pallet racking, stock control, and goods movement. Knowledge of Health & Safety, manual handling, and safe lifting operations. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Leadership experience in supervising or managing warehouse teams. Key holder - responsible for opening and closing the premises when required.
