The Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Night Shift Manager to oversee all night shift operations. The successful candidate will manage warehouse staff, coordinate inbound and outbound movements, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure the highest levels of safety and performance across the operation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the warehouse night shift team to achieve operational targets.

Ensure all goods are received, checked, and dispatched accurately and on schedule.

Manage shift rotas, staff attendance, and performance in line with company procedures.

Enforce Health & Safety, security, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Liaise with the Transport and Operations teams to ensure seamless overnight operations.

Monitor stock accuracy and investigate discrepancies promptly.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and performance.

Conduct shift handovers and communicate effectively with day management.

Requirements

Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role, preferably within logistics or transport.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Knowledge of warehouse systems, procedures, and Health & Safety requirements.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
