About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Operations Manager to lead operations across our Oldbury and Leicester warehouses, as well as select third-party logistics partners. You will manage a team to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe warehouse processes while driving continuous supply chain improvements.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate warehouse teams to achieve operational targets. Oversee all aspects of people management, including onboarding, inductions, probation reviews, performance tracking, and absence management. Make informed decisions on recruitment and resource planning within company guidelines. Monitor KPIs and report on warehouse performance. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations; conduct risk assessments and maintain a safe working environment. Oversee inventory management, order fulfilment, and dispatch accuracy. Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure all warehouse equipment is well-maintained and fit for purpose. Collaborate with third-party logistics partners to optimise performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in an operations supervisory or management role. Good understanding of warehouse operations, including the use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of health and safety standards in warehouse environments. Ability to build trust within the team to ensure effective and efficient performance. Willing to take full responsibility and accountability for team performance. Able to communicate effectively in Chinese.

Salary: 35000- 45000
