About Us:

Eirios is a growing logistics and fulfillment company based just outside Abergavenny. We help ecommerce brands (selling everything from organic suncream to kites to books and tea towels) get their products to customers all over the world. We are a small, friendly team where everyone pitches in. We are moving to a new, larger warehouse in 2026 and looking for a bright, organised person to help us run the ship.

The Role:

This is a hybrid role. You won't just be sitting behind a desk, and you won't just be packing boxes. You will be the link between the office and the warehouse floor. You will work directly with the founder, Luke, and other operational staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Admin:

Managing incoming emails, creating shipping quotes for clients, and organising courier pickups (FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail).

Warehouse Support:

Ordering packaging supplies (boxes, tape, labels) before we run out.

Tech & Systems:

Learning our Warehouse Management System (Helm) to spot stuck orders, process returns, and ensure stock counts are accurate.

Hands-on Help:

Jumping in to help pick and pack orders during busy times (e.g., Monday mornings or Christmas rush).

Problem Solving:

If a client asks "Where is my stuff?", you are the detective who finds the answer.

About You:

Computer Savvy:

You are comfortable with learning new software, spreadsheets, and using AI and email. You can learn a new system quickly without a manual.

Organised:

You notice when we are running low on tape beforeit's gone.

Willing to Learn:

You don't need logistics experience. We will teach you everything. You just need to be eager to learn how a business works.

Physically Active:

While this is partly an office role, you will be on your feet in the warehouse during busy times. You should be comfortable lifting boxes and moving stock safely.

Transport:

We are based in Llanover (NP7 9YD). Public transport here is limited, so you must have your own reliable transport (car/bike) or a guaranteed lift to ensure you can get to work on time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 10.00-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
