We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warehouse Operations Support Assistant to manage our end-to-end order fulfilment and customer return processes. This role is vital to our daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately listed, shipped on time, and that any returns or refunds are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping Management:
Create and complete shipments by generating necessary documentation.
Labelling & Logistics:
Print and affix shipping labels for all outgoing orders.
Returns Processing:
Handle incoming returns from customers, including inspecting returned merchandise for quality and documenting any damages.
Refund Administration:
Manage customer refund requests in accordance with company policy to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
eBay ad-hoc listings:
Create ad hoc product listings for auctions as well as bulk bundle listings. The job holder will also be required to oversee any damaged or short dated stock as well as handling any customer returns and process refunds to clients when necessary.
Order Fulfilment:
Proactively ship orders based on new and existing listings, coordinating with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
Purchasing:
Partially responsible for purchasing inventory (boxes, tape, etc).
Support Warehouse Operation:
Pick / Pack and any other additional tasks whenever business require.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency:
Strong computer skills, including experience with shipping software (e.g., Amazon Shipping) and e-commerce platforms.
Attention to Detail:
Ability to accurately pull, pack, and verify orders to minimise errors.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for dealing with customer inquiries and carrier issues.
Problem Solving:
Ability to troubleshoot shipping delays, missing items, or refund discrepancies.
Organisation:
Strong time-management skills to handle multiple shipments and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience (Preferred)
1-2 years of experience in administrative, shipping, or e-commerce roles.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
