Warehouse Manager

to take ownership of our warehouse operations and support the next stage of our growth.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage the day-to-day operations of our Huddersfield warehouse, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, accurate stock control, and effective coordination with other departments. The ideal candidate will be IT literate, an excellent communicator, and a natural team builder who can maintain high standards while driving efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all warehouse operations including picking, packing, goods-in, stock control, and dispatch. Manage relationships with couriers and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. Coordinate and manage supplier deliveries into the warehouse. Lead and organise regular stocktakes, ensuring SAGE 200 stock system is kept accurate and up to date. Ensure sufficient packaging materials are always in stock and suitable for varied product shipments. Produce and present monthly fulfilment rate reports. Monitor and manage order flow across all sales channels (website, Amazon, eBay, TikTok, account managers). Attend weekly management meetings and provide updates on warehouse performance and challenges. Drive a culture of teamwork, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the warehouse.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3-5 years warehouse/operations management experience. Strong knowledge of stock management systems (experience with SAGE 200 preferred). Excellent IT literacy (Excel, reporting, WMS systems). Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven track record of motivating and developing teams. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment. Proactive problem-solver with strong organisational skills.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:45 PM No weekend work.
