Job Description
We're Baboodle, the UK's first baby gear rental subscription, helping parents access premium products more sustainably and affordably. Our aim is to make second-hand feel as exciting as buying new and provide a brilliant user experience every step of the way, and that starts in our warehouse.
You'll work alongside our existing Fulfilment Lead to lead daily operations across dispatch, returns, cleaning, and stock control. You'll drive quality, structure, and process from the floor up.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage daily pick, pack, and dispatch of orders Oversee returns and quality-control processes Lead and support a small warehouse team Keep everything spotless, organised, and on track Help implement digital workflows and scalable processes
What We're Looking For:
Experience in warehouse/logistics/fulfilment Super organised, detail-obsessed, and practical Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced startup Confident with digital tools and adaptable to change
