We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative (AM SHIFT), based at our Wolverton site (MK12 5PT), the working pattern for this role Monday to Friday, working the following shift patterns: 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00, with possible overtime.




This is a Full- Time permanent position offering a salary of 30,997.79




As a warehouse Operative you will support the effective running of the warehouse operation in a multitude of tasks, including loading and unloading operating a forklift truck.

Additional key tasks:


Safely load and unload products onto trailers, ensuring all company procedures are adhered to. Ensure all goods are handled in the correct manner to ensure that damage to kept to a minimum. Complete relevant paperwork for loading and unloading activities. Carry out any other reasonable requests to support the effective running of the warehouse. Operating material handling equipment (MHE) to support operational processes. Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to, including PPE, taking appropriate action where procedures are not being adhered to or could be improved. Ensure all equipment checks are carried out in accordance with procedure, taking appropriate action to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Ensure any concerns, issues or variances to instructions are immediately communicated to your line manager to allow appropriate action to be taken at the earliest opportunity






Key requirements


FLT licence counterbalance and Reach - with experience of clamp work. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to withstand pressure and work to tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Previous WMS - SCALE knowledge advantageous
