About the role



Work with Senior Warehouse Operative to:


Unpack, verify, book in, and put away purchase orders and repairs Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods and paperwork, including (though not limited to) checking for decontamination certificates, producing manual dispatch paperwork, checking export and dangerous goods paperwork, correct packaging of dangerous goods, and providing full information to our couriers for collections Collaborate with the Marketing Department and Dems Team to maintain stock levels and provide timely picking, packing and shipment of items for exhibitions and other promotional events Collaborate with the Customer Services and IAMs team to arrange timely picking, packing and delivery of samples and products to internal and external customers Help maintain stock validity and accuracy: undertake regular cycle counts of on stock items, following FIFO rules and quarantine/scrap out of date items Log errors and discrepancies, and work as a team to root cause analyze issues and put in place improvements to prevent reoccurrence Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment, demonstrating our commitment to health and safety Engage in diverse duties and projects that advance your personal, as well as our team and organization goals

Role Requirements





Education/Qualifications



Educated to Secondary Education level or equivalent commercial experience



Related Experience



Previous warehouse experience, especially within a highly regulated industry (such as Medical Devices) is desirable



Skills, Special Competencies


SAP (desirable) Dangerous goods awareness for road, air and sea transport (desirable)
