Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Do you have experience working in freezer departments or are willing to learn? If so, we have the perfect role for you!
We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Bedworth. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for picking cases and loading them onto roll cages. We operate in a freezer environment with temperatures as low as minus 25 degrees but don\xe2\x80\x99t worry, we will provide all the necessary gear to keep you warm and comfortable. This role is 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 7am-7pm.
Pay, benefits and more: We\xe2\x80\x99re looking to offer a salary of up to \xc2\xa312.56 per hour and 28 days holiday (including bank holidays). What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do on a typical day:

• Work in a freezer environment
• Pick goods using a voice recognition system \xe2\x80\x93 full training will be provided
• Work to our high health and safety standards
• Communicate with other team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• To be happy to work in cold conditions
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or freezer environment (preferred)
• To be prepared for heavy lifting as some items can weigh up to 25kg
• The ability to work in a team and independently when required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
