Job Description
HR Go Recruitment is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for our client in
Carlisle who has a large warehousing facility based in Carlisle. This position is Full Time Temporary, with the possibility of going permanent.
Responsibilities of Warehouse Operative:
- Unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
- Checking and inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Logging goods received and maintaining accurate records.
- Storing items in designated locations, ensuring they are organised and
- accessible.
- Retrieving items from storage based on order specifications.
- Packaging items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Labelling packages accurately for dispatch.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift large boxes/items
- Computer literacy is desirable
- SAFETY BOOTS MUST BE WORN
