Warehouse Operative - Class 2 - Night Shift

Newport, South Wales

33,762 per annum Plus Pension, BUPA Medical Cash Plan, Life Assurance, 22 Days' Holiday (rising with service)

As a Warehouse Operative - Class 2 - Night Shift, you will be a fundamental part of our team. You'll be working in our Warehouse operations on the night shift with general duties which include the movement of Class 2 vehicles over a public highway. This makes a Class 2 license an essential requirement of the role.

A little bit more about the role:

Unloading waste cooking oil from vehicles Picking items for deliveries and loading these onto vehicles Loading waste cooking oil on to collection vehicles Ensuring the yard is kept clean and tidy Shifts start at 9pm and finish at 6am First shift starts at 9pm on a Sunday Last shift of the week starts at 9pm on a Thursday

We will be looking for:

A full, valid Class 2 license (essential) Experience of working in an environment which required manual handling and high health and safety standards Previous experience of operating a forklift would be an advantage A counterbalance forklift license would be beneficial,
