Job Description

We have great opportunities to work as a Warehouse Operative for the leading logistics company, GXO in Crick.

Transport is available from Coventry at \xc2\xa39 per day.

This is a full-time role that will NOT be suitable for students or workers looking for part-time due to the shift patterns and hours available.

The rate of pay is \xc2\xa311.44 per hour, and overtime is paid after 37.5 hours, at \xc2\xa313.77 per hour.

Warehouse Operatives work full-time, on rotational shift pattern:
-Week 1: Sunday to Thursday
-Week 2:Monday to Friday
6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm (Days of work as above)

These roles are ongoing with the opportunity of temp to perm for the right candidates.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative at this site, your duties will include:

- Picking orders
- Moving products and packages around the warehouse
- Loading and unloading stock from containers
- Following company procedures and H&S rules at all times

The warehouse has a variety of different environments, and the job role can include lifting products up to 25kg.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Warehouse Operative will be reliable and hard-working.

You will also have excellent English communication skills as the role involves Voice Picking.

You will work quickly and accurately, following instructions and procedures on-site and communicating effectively with other team members.

Experience as a Production Operative, Warehouse or Factory Operative is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.
