Day Shift:

7:30am - 5:30pm (1-hour break included)

Mid Shift:

12:00pm - 10:00pm (1-hour break included)

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented

Warehouse Operatives

to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse by supporting all aspects of goods handling, stock management, and order preparation. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, check, and put away deliveries accurately Carry out stock rotation, date checks, and inventory counts Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using warehouse systems and scanners Assist cash & carry customers with billing and service Load vans and support dispatch operations Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and pallet trucks (training provided if needed) Handle heavy lifting and materials safely (up to 50 lbs / 25 kg) Support shipping & receiving operations, ensuring accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing goods Maintain organisation in the warehouse, ensuring correct storage and safe stacking of products Conduct basic equipment checks and report any faults or hazards Follow food safety, health & safety, and company procedures at all times Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve workflow and efficiency

Requirements

Minimum 30 hours per week availability Must pass a DBS check Physically fit and able to handle regular lifting and manual handling tasks Reliable, punctual, and able to take responsibility for tasks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Team player with the ability to work independently when required

Preferred (not essential):

Forklift licence Food Safety Certificate Driving licence Previous warehouse experience (distribution or logistics) Basic computer skills (stock systems / scanning equipment)
