Job Summary

Back Care Solutions provide ergonomic office and mobility equipment to improve the comfort, support and wellbeing of people across the UK. Due to expansion we are now looking to recruit for a Warehouse Operative & Ergonomic Delivery Technician to join our Bamber Bridge based team.

This dual role will include working in the warehouse to ensure the efficient and accurate allocation of customer orders & stock management as well as providing backup support delivering and setting up products for customers across the UK.

This may include full week of deliveries including up to four overnights per week.

The role requires a highly motivated, customer-focused, hard-working individual with a 'hands on' mentality. This is a great role in a fast-growing company.

Hours: 45 hours per week. Additional pay provided for any hours above this resulting from the driving element.

DBS and Full Clean Driving Licence required

Duties and Responsibilities

Delivery & Setup of Ergonomic Chairs, Desks & Equipment Repairing Ergonomic Chairs, Desks & Equipment Collecting goods from Manufacturers and Customers Conducting DSE / Workstation Assessments to establish the equipment required by an individual - Full training will be provided Maintenance checks on company owned vehicles (a vehicle will be assigned to the successful candidate) Timely allocation of customer orders Package and despatch customer orders both via courier and loading of company vehicles Accurately processing goods received from suppliers Always maintaining a tidy and organised warehouse Ensure quality and customer service is at the forefront of everything to maintain our company reputation Maintaining a smart and professional appearance at all times.
Please note - this role involves overnight stays (up to 4 nights per week depending on business needs). Hotel and subsistence provided.

We are Closed for Christmas between 23rd December and 5th January 2026 we will not be able to reply to applicants during this time.
