We're looking for a motivated Service Delivery Operative to join our expanding warehouse team. This role offers excellent career development opportunities. Our warehouse team plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest levels of data security, ensuring the secure handling and destruction of documents to keep our customers' information safe. Responsibilities:

+ Track, check, and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records.
+ Record and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated warehouse locations.
+ Retrieve and prepare customer records for dispatch or destruction, ensuring accurate recording of all movements.
- Prepping: Prepare files for digital processing by carefully removing clips, smoothing out papers, and organising documents. Work with multiple categories and subcategories to ensure files are ready for scanning.
- Scanning: Use high-speed scanners to digitize documents, classify them accurately, and ensure barcodes and numbers match. Attention to detail is essential to maintain data integrity.
- Export / Quality Control: Check documents for eligibility, verify accuracy, and file them in numerical order. Precision and consistency are critical to ensure the right product is delivered at the right time.
+ Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with documented procedures.
+ Utilize the O'Neil Physical Services Management system to manage records efficiently.
+ Potentially may involve driving

About You:

+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
+ High attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
+ Reliable, focused, and able to follow processes accurately
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Effective team player with basic IT skills and interpersonal abilities.
+ Knowledge of the O'Neil system.
+ A full driving license.
+ Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus.
