Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our evening team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to materials handling, stocking, and shipping & receiving. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate warehouse equipment including large format printers (training provided) safely and efficiently. Check, label and pack custom or labeled packaging orders. Manage inventory using a warehouse management system (WMS) to track stock levels and locations. Handle materials with care, ensuring proper loading and unloading of goods. Perform picking & packing duties to prepare orders for shipment accurately. Assist in shipping & receiving processes, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management tasks. Engage in heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Experience

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Familiarity with forklift operation and materials handling techniques is advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues. Experience with Shopify or similar inventory management systems is a plus.

Pay: 12.21-16.95 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
