Warehouse Operative

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

load and unload pallets from transport vehicles into Goods In holding area. Organise all customer and stock movements on PC terminals and courier systems. Accurate and timely location of stock items into their relevant warehouse location. Pack spare parts into transit cases and other appropriate packaging. Produce shipping labels for courier movements. General warehouse (waste management, etc) Bailers and recyclables Ensure housekeeping duties are carried out daily, during and at the end of each shift. To achieve all quality and performance measures. Ensure all site H&S practices are followed at all times. Undergo any training and development as required and complete any online training courses when assigned through Pacifica's Learning Hub. Participate in quarterly 1-2-1's with line manager. Wear allocated PPE as and when required. Any other duties reasonably requested, deemed necessary to the efficient running of the business.

Experience and Skills

Experience of working in a warehouse environment. Good knowledge of company procedure and experience of adherence to them. Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and experience of adherence to them.

General Conditions

Satisfactory DBS Ability to work any shifts covering 6am to 12pm (37.5 hours per week) reasonable notice of any other shift outside of this will be given.
