About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established organisation in the manufacturing industry. They are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join their team in Ledbury.
Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods, matching all relevant paperwork

• Report any suspicious activity related to company's freight and assets

• Follow established procedures for storing and rotating stock

• Notify Warehouse Supervisors of any damaged or missing goods

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the warehouse environment

• Adhere to workplace health and safety rules when handling goods

• Ensure efficient operations by complying with operational procedures and schedules

• Assist with warehouse inventory controls using a hand-held scanner

• Handle materials and products with care and concern at all times

Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):

• Must hold a current counterbalance certificate

• Preferable to have a current VNA certificate or be willing to train for it

• Experience in a fast-paced storage and distribution environment

• A willingness to learn and ability to problem-solve

• Good communication skills and an effective team player

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks

• Proactive and flexible approach

Desirable (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):

• Additional relevant qualifications or certifications
