Working Monday - Saturday

As a Warehouse Operative in the Freezer department, you will utilize your core skills in materials handling and warehouse experience to ensure efficient operations and timely fulfilment of orders. Responsibilities

Order picking using the correct procedures.

Ensure correct dress code (PPE) is worn at all times.

Follow clean as you go policy, so housekeeping is kept to the required standards.

Report any Health and Safety issues to supervisor/manager.

To be able to work overtime as and when required to meet business needs.

Ensure all consolidated pallets are correct height and in safe condition.

All pallets are consolidated to their maximum.

To work at management discretion when required.

Loading and Unloading of vehicles following correct Frozen handling procedures

To monitor product temperatures of intake and dispatch to ensure critical control points are maintained

Requirements

Forklift Licence ( Essential ). Awareness of Health and Safety. Demonstrate flexibility to meet operational needs Experience of showing flexibility within the workplace Ability to work under pressure Self-motivated. Attention to detail. Good time keeping. A positive can do attitude Experience of working within a warehouse environment Experience of working in a chilled environment
