What you'll do:
Receive and check incoming goods against purchase orders
Handle specialist products including security hardware and architectural fittings
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
Maintain stock records using our computer systems
Assist customers at the trade counter
Keep the warehouse organized and safe
What we're looking for:
Good verbal and written English
Strong communication skills verbal (phone and face-to-face) and written.
Ability work confidently with numbers
Computer literacy (stock control systems, email, databases)
Physically fit for manual handling and heavy lifting
Able to work on your own initiative and prioritize tasks
Flexible approach - tasks vary daily
Industry experience is a bonus but not essential
