Responsibilities:
- Perform various warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of materials
- Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment to move and transport materials within the warehouse
- Utilize warehouse management systems (AS400) to track inventory and maintain accurate records
- Build and assemble product orders according to customer specifications
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Experience:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other mechanical equipment
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, including materials handling and stock management
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems, such as AS400, is a plus

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Oversee the unloading of deliveries of stock arriving by lorry/HGV. \xc2\xb7 Move stock within the warehouse when adding or relocating stock. \xc2\xb7 Making sure all Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to. \xc2\xb7 Prepare customer orders by picking relevant stock from the designated warehouse locations. \xc2\xb7 Record details of stock taken to prepare customer orders. \xc2\xb7 Monitor quality of stock being received/despatched and record any issues. \xc2\xb7 Be responsible for stocktakes. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records of stock movements through goods in/out as well as internal movement. \xc2\xb7 Use our computerised stock control system to retrieve, monitor and where applicable, enter relevant information relating to movement of stock. \xc2\xb7 Making sure the products are labelled correctly for each customer. \xc2\xb7 Other activities in line with job role and skills \xc2\xb7 Forklift licence essential KEY PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES \xc2\xb7 Enthusiastic \xc2\xb7 Energetic \xc2\xb7 Reliable \xc2\xb7 Conscientious \xc2\xb7 Full UK Drivers licence required. \xc2\xb7 Ideally a familiarity with using computers but training will be provided in the use of any technology relating to your role. \xc2\xb7 Good numeracy and literacy skills as counting and recording stock figures will be an important aspect. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work and communicate as part of a team within the warehouse and office environments. \xc2\xb7 Looking for a new career with a development plan for the right candidate with a view to promotions and new challenges/roles.
