About the Role




We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our warehouse. Your main duties will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching a variety of products. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team.

Key Responsibilities



Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming goods. Store products in designated areas of the warehouse. Ensure proper labelling and packaging of goods for shipment. Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines. Physically unload (via hand) 20ft and 40ft containers, both FCL and LCL Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily targets and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications & Experience



You'll have at least 1 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically. Possesses a valid forklift operator's license or willingness to obtain one. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems or similar software applications.
