From repair and refurbishment to full asset management and bespoke process solutions, you'll help customers make informed decisions that keep their operations running at peak performance.

About the Role:

Coordination of inbound and outbound shipments to and from the UK ensuring correct documentation is available for freight forwarders, checking invoices, HS classification, Inco terms Completion on internal import documents log to support compliance requirements of ERIKS UK for submission to HMRC Carry out internal supplier returns ensuring ERP system reflect accurately Assist the sales team in preparing and formatting quotations, gaining price and delivery on products from core suppliers Raise purchase requisitions in ERP system Liaise with warehouse/logistics on stock and return Conduct regular reviews of stock adjustments and stock locations to verify compliance and accuracy with standard operating procedures investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions

Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:

Able to communicate with internal staff and suppliers in an effective manner Basic understanding of Microsoft products Excel, word Able to work as part of a team or individually ensuring to keep a focus on the task
