Job Description
A Warehouse Operative is needed for an Immediate start from interview 40 hours. Overtime is paid at x1.5. The working environment is clean and organised, Permanent position, circa \xc2\xa322,300, Monday- Friday. 7am- 3.30pm.
Location of the Warehouse role: Manchester
The Warehouse Operative role is working for a leading manufacturing company that has gone through significant growth in recent times.
The successful Stores Person /Warehouse Operative should have experience with the following:
- Locating stock and putting it away in the allocated locations
- Assist unloading and loading
- Complete Stock control duties
- Use a computer to keep track of the stock
- Ideally hold FLT counter balance or reach licence
- Complete relevant paperwork
- Experience operating machines e.g band saws, press brake or be happy to be trained on machines.
- Complying with health and safety.
- Working to company policies and procedures.
- Keep the area of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency.
