Due to continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated

Warehouse Operative (Nights)

to join our team in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to contribute to something meaningful.

Your Role

Reporting to the Sortation Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe movement of stock through our warehouse. From accurate picking and packing to checking for damages and relocating goods, your attention to detail will directly impact the success of our vital deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Check incoming stock against delivery notes and for any damage or mislabelling Accurately pick and pack orders for delivery Ensure stock is correctly put away and documentation completed Keep the warehouse clean and clear of hazards Support the wider warehouse team and maintain high safety standards Relocate and organise stock as required Operate forklifts (training can be provided if needed)

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to work efficiently under pressure Good organisational and communication skills FLT licence preferred (or willingness to be trained) Flexibility with shift patterns based on business needs Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

Understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and warehouse safety protocols Experience in pharmaceutical or temperature-controlled logistics

Working Hours

Standard shift:

20:00pm - 04:00am

(night shift)

40 hours per week
