Job Overview

- We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Operatives on the

night shift working 10pm to 6am Sunday through to Thursday on 13.48 per hour.

If you are a quick learner and can hit your target then apply to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse activities and maintaining being one of the best eCommerce fulfilment providers in the UK.

Key Duties

consists of the following although full training will be provided by MCF:

Hitting Targets:

Training provided but you are expected to hit targets after first week on either picking, packing or inbound (booking stock in)

Receiving and Processing Stock

: Unloading deliveries, checking for accuracy, and storing items in the correct locations.

Picking and Packing Orders

: Selecting items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment.

Inventory Management

: Keeping track of stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and updating inventory records.

Shipping Orders

: Labelling packages, arranging for courier pickups, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders.

Operating Equipment

: pallet pump trucks, and other machinery to move goods around the warehouse.

Maintaining Cleanliness

: Keeping the warehouse clean and organised, disposing of waste, and following safety protocols.

Quality Control

: Inspecting products for damage or defects and ensuring that orders are accurate and meet quality standards.

Experience Summary:

Preferred but not Essential

: Previous warehouse experience.

Advantageous

: Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.

Beneficial

: Experience with picking and packing procedures.

Physical Capability

: Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours per day, lift items consistently throughout the day when either picking or packing items.

Technical Skills

: Knowledge of warehouse management systems and able to use a PC or a scanner.
