Job Title : Warehouse Operative - Night Shift
Working Hours : Sunday, - Thursday working 8 hours per day between 10.30 p.m. and 7.00 a.m. - 40 Hours per Week
Pay : 12.85 per hour plus shift premium of 1.42
Reports to : Team Leader
Job Purpose: To be part of a small but busy established team, working on a shift that operates between the hours of 10.30 p.m. and 7.00 a.m. to pick and pack orders accurately in line with business demands and delivery schedules.
Key Performance Indicators
Pick and pack orders in line with productivity targets of 99.7% Safely load goods for dispatch as per instructions, ensuring product standards are maintained. Update records of stock to maintain a correct inventory Ensure compliance to H & S regulations Maintain a clean and tidy workplace
Internal and External Customers
Respond promptly to queries raised by the Team Leader or Shift Manager Work as part of a small team to ensure orders and outputs are maintained
Accuracy & Quality
Pick and pack orders to a target of 99.7% accuracy
Knowledge and Skills Required
Previous MHE experience- HLOP would be an advantage Picking to targets with high level of accuracy Previous experience of working in a fast paced warehouse is preferred Punctual and reliable, maintaining an excellent attendance record. Contribute and participate to the annual PDR process React and respond in a flexible and positive way to reasonable requests
