About Us:

PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution is a national full-line pharmaceutical wholesaler with a network of distribution centres nationwide. We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality supply chain service to our customers, who include pharmacy, GPs, and hospitals. All of our depots are licensed by the MHRA, and comply with BSI ISO Quality and Environmental standards. We operate twice daily deliveries from our distribution centres across Monday to Friday and on a Saturday morning, and our local teams are supported by a centralised function team, primarily from our Head Office in Runcorn.

About the opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative within our St Albans Distribution Centre.

Working within a busy pharmaceutical warehouse environment you will be accurately assembling customer orders, efficiently picking customer orders for shipment and ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped on time. You will need to meet minimum productivity and quality standards and comply with policies and legal requirements in relation to the role.

Salary

Hourly Rate + Supplements: \xc2\xa310.62, plus a regional and time based supplements, making an hourly total of \xc2\xa314.79 for hours worked between 10pm and 6am. A total of \xc2\xa312.14 for hours worked from 6am till 7am.

Working Pattern

Working hours: Average of 40.5 per week

Working Pattern: Working Monday to Friday from 11pm till 7am 23:00, with a 1 in 2 Sunday from 4pm till 10pm

Training and Support

You will receive a comprehensive induction from the Learning and Development Facilitators.
