Wincanton are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join the team from October.
Reporting to the Operations Support Manager
Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative on a permanent contract with Wincanton. Exceptional candidates will be considered for permanent opportunities.
This role will be varied across production and e-commerce picking/packing/loading and admin tasks. No previous experience is required, full training will be provided
**** Exciting pay structure starting from: 12.21 per hour to 18.32 ***
In times of low volume travel may be required to be undertaken across the local Northampton network. (NN4 9BX & NN4 9BW)
Shifts available for this opportunity are:

• Fixed 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm

• Ensuring the operation that you are deployed into meets all daily targets by completing each task to the highest quality standards
• Championing Health and Safety on site by following trained policy and procedures.
• Desire to progress in a fast-paced target driven environment.

• Driven, motivated, committed with high personal standards
• Flexible - Shifts require weekend work as the depot operates 24/7
• Ability to meet targets within set timescales, ensuring we always meet the customer's service requirements

• Naturally curious, willing to learn and develop
