An exciting Temp-to-Perm opportunity has become available for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution facility in Oakham, LE15. This is a fantastic role for someone looking for long-term warehouse work in a friendly and supportive environment.

THE ROLE:

• Manual handling and lifting of heavy goods throughout the shift
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock and materials safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse space
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous warehouse or manual handling experience preferred but not essential
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work well in a team
• Access to own transport or local to Oakham
