Oh Sew Crafty Ltd is a busy fabric and craft warehouse based in Kidderminster, supplying online customers nationwide as well as members of the public.

This is a

physically demanding, hands-on warehouse role

where you will be

on your feet all day

, working in a fast-paced environment. The role is primarily focused on

online order fulfilment

, with additional duties supporting our public-facing warehouse when required.

Key Responsibilities

Picking items accurately from pick lists Cutting fabrics to customer requirements (

full training provided - no experience needed

) Packing orders ready for dispatch Putting fabrics and stock away correctly General warehouse tidying and organisation Assisting with packing during busy periods Helping customers in the warehouse when open to the public

Customer-facing days:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday

Physical Requirements (Important)

This role is

physically demanding

and involves:

Standing and walking for long periods Manual handling and lifting of fabric rolls Repetitive tasks such as picking, cutting, and packing
This position will suit someone who enjoys

practical, active work

rather than desk-based or purely retail roles.

About You

Reliable and punctual Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet all day Able to follow pick lists and instructions accurately Willing to learn (full training provided) Friendly and helpful when dealing with customers A good team player with a positive attitude
Warehouse experience is helpful but

not essential
