The Role
This is a
hands-on, repetitive warehouse role
focused on picking and packing
large volumes of orders
into boxes and parcels.
The position suits someone who is comfortable with repetition, works efficiently without constant supervision, and takes pride in accuracy and productivity.
Key duties include:
Picking and packing small orders accurately and efficiently
Preparing boxes and parcels for dispatch
Using computer systems for order processing
Maintaining a clean, organised warehouse environment
General warehouse and production duties as required

Candidates
must already hold a forklift certificate or be actively working towards one
All operators must complete
internal forklift authorisation
You will be expected to operate
counterbalance and reach trucks
Successful candidates will be
progressed into a more forklift-focused role within 3 months

Handling specialist orders
Increased forklift responsibility
Learning how to run and organise a small warehouse

Requirements
Minimum
2 years' experience
in warehouse, production, or manufacturing
Forklift certificate
or actively working towards one
English (spoken & written)
Right to work in the UK (NI number & share code required)
Comfortable with manual handling and standing all day
Must arrange own transport
