Due to our expanding operation, we are looking for a picker/packer to join us here at The PHL Group in Welshpool.

What You'll Do:

Pick & Pack with Precision:

Accurately pick and pack customer orders for one of our clients, ensuring all products are handled with care and packed in a timely manner.

Team Collaboration:

Work within a small, supportive team to meet daily targets and deadlines.

Follow Procedures:

Adhere to account-specific picking and packing processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality.

System Familiarity:

Gain full knowledge of our stock systems and storage methods.

Documentation:

Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.

Stock Management:

Assist with stocktakes and ensure inventory is up-to-date.

Health & Safety:

Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow all health and safety protocols.

Achieve KPIs:

Help meet individual and departmental performance targets, contributing to the overall business strategy.

Cross-Training:

Opportunities to learn and assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.

Speed:

This is a fast paced role, you will need to achieve specified pick rates
What You'll Need:

A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines. Ability to take on constructive feedback and use it to grow your professional development. Flexibility and a methodical approach to solving problems. Previous warehouse experience is a bonus, but not essential--transferable skills are welcome! Basic computer skills and the ability to use hand-held scanners (training provided). Flexibility and an eagerness to contribute to the team's success. A commitment to following company values, safety procedures, and standard operating practices.
