Responsibilities

Efficiently and accurately handle incoming refurbished IT equipment and components, ensuring proper placement within the warehouse. Safely operate mobile order picker, pallet trucks, and other equipment to move and store items as required. Utilise inventory management systems to track and record stock movements and locations. Collaborate with the inventory team to inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Ensure compliance with company safety guidelines and protocols at all times. Perform inventory checks ensuring stock is accurate and placed in the best location. Work closely with other warehouse team members to maintain an organised and clean work environment. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to address any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in putaway or inventory management. Good understanding of IT parts and components. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Excellent computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Excellent communication skills. Safety-conscious and committed to following established protocols.
