Role Summary:

As a Warehouse Operative in the Returns Department at Rioz Global, you will play a key role in ensuring returned stock is processed efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, classifying, and recording returns in line with company procedures and client requirements. Your contribution will help reduce stock loss, support sustainability efforts, and maintain a smooth returns operation for our valued partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process returned goods from customers, retailers, or couriers. Inspect items for damage, faults, or discrepancies. Accurately input return details into warehouse management systems (WMS). Ensure proper labelling, tagging, and safe storage of returned goods. Liaise with internal teams such Customer Service. Follow all Rioz Global and client-specific returns protocols. Maintain cleanliness and order within the returns work area. Assist with general warehouse tasks as required.

Requirements:

Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (returns experience preferred). Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanners or WMS. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
