Vape UK started as a small high street store in Brighton in 2014. Since then, we have become one of the leading online vaping retailers in the UK, employing over 100 staff.

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team, specifically for floor staff during the day shift.

The role is fast-paced and involves picking and packing orders, ensuring we meet our deadlines for free next-day delivery. Most shifts will involve a 50/50 split of picking and packing, but the right candidate will also be able to work in our storefront, serving customers and handling customer queries over the phone.

There will also be occasions when you are required to support our warehouse team in restocking shelves, ensuring products are always available to be picked throughout the day.

The ideal candidate would have experience working in a fast-paced environment and have customer service experience. Knowledge of vaping would also be perfect, although not essential, as complete training will be provided to understand the products.

Salary:

starting at 10,58.72 pa, up to 10,441.60 pa

Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday. 16 hours per week, inclusive of a paid, daily 30-minute lunch break and 20-minute coffee break.

Work Location:

On-site at our warehouse in Victoria Road, Portslade.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods in designated areas Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with accuracy Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided) Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse space Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous but not essential Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts as required by operational needs
